Mr. Breyer is a Certified Family Law Specialist. In 2002, he retired after 35 years of active trial practice and now devotes his time and effort to assisting other Family Law Attorneys throughout California with those time consuming, research related tasks essential to an effective trial and law and motion practice.

He has been designated as a lecturer in family law by Lawyer's Mutual Insurance Company and has presented seminars to Northern California Family Court Services Mediators under the auspices of the California Judicial Council. In addition, he has participated in the presentation of programs directed toward attorneys and support staff sponsored by the California and Redding Legal Secretaries Associations. In 2009 he was a panelist at the annual Association of Certified Family Law Specialists Spring Seminar held in Palm Springs.

Mr. Breyer has written several articles published in the Family Law News, the official publication of the California State Bar Association's Family Law Section, and is a frequent contributor to the highly regarded family law journal, the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists Newsletter.**

He resides on the Island of Kauai, but continues to maintain his office in Northern California.
