In 2002,
after 35 years "in the trenches",
half of those as a Certified Family Law Specialist,
I decided to shift my efforts out of the courtroom
and concentrate on assisting other family law attorneys
where they need it most - in the preparation of
briefs, points and authorities, and other research-related
tasks that are essential to an effective trial
and law and motion practice.

As a family law attorney who must
manage an active, court intensive, practice you know
the value of time and effort better than most in our
profession. Most of us in the practice of family law
are sole practitioners or members of small firms. We
do not have the luxury of law clerks and/or multiple
assistants. There were many occasions during my long
career when the demands of the courtroom made "time
management" extremely difficult. It was not easy
finding adequate time in which to prepare a brief or
other research tool which would strengthen my case.

Unfortunately,
there was never any qualified person to whom I could
turn, confidently and cost effectively, for assistance.
I am now offering that resource to you.
I guarantee
an excellent work product based upon thirty five years
of trial, research and writing experience. In addition
I have been certified as a Specialist in Family Law
since 1985. This speaks to my level of competence and
provides a shield against malpractice claims, based
upon such theories as "negligent association".
Make the best
use of your time by shifting your research related tasks
to me. You will be getting the finest work product available
from someone who knows from experience how to "untangle
the legal ropes" that often threaten to ensnarl
a case. Best of all, you only pay for my services
when you need them!
